When is a Vaastu Consultant Needed?

When you are entering in a project which is crucial for your life & your associates.

Whenever buying a plot / house / industry / shop / office any type of premises for dwelling or other use.

Planning a bungalow, industry, commercial or residential building, township, complex or mall.

While joining your existing property with adjoining property.

When increasing floor, height of structure or part of it.

Whenever renovating or decorating house / shop / office.

When construction / renovation is facing unexpected problems like unnecessary delays & accidents.

Making underground water body or basement.

Installing new machines or making changes in existing setup of staff and departments.

When facing same or similar problems in frequently.

For Flats & Houses :

Avoid obstructing any two facing doors by column, other door and edge of wall.

Keep master bedroom at Southwest corner of house.

Plan kitchen at Southeast corner of house. Main cooking activity should be on East or West facing platform.

Make storage areas with West & South walls in all rooms.

Avoid arch shape on all doors.

Strictly avoid planning bathrooms, toilets, store room, gas burner, and heating system etc. at North-East corner of house.

Try to keep shape of flat near to rectangle.

Locate directions from center of the gravity of structure and follow these tips...

1) Take care of Nortn-East & forces of nature will take care of your project !

2) Plan building with maximum open spaces, gardens, recreation area on North & East Side & at the centre of plot.

3) Underground water bodies like well, tube well, water tanks, Swimming pools etc. should be around North-East corner, but away from North-East point, compound wall & building.

4) Preferably keep sky window at the centre of structure.

5) Avoid cut, curve, round balconies, overhead tanks at North East of plot, structure & individual unit.

6) Avoid trees, toilets, Staircases, columns, kitchen, transformers, generators, electric sub stations, furnace, Storage areas etc. at the centre of gravity & North-East of plot, building & individual unit.

7) Avoid under-ground & overhead water tanks at the centre area.

8) Plan taller & heavy side of building, staircase, trees, overhead tank, storage areas, higher levels of ground, platforms on West & South side.

9) Plan kitchen, transformer, electric distribution system, electric main control panel, furnaces etc in South East zone.

10) Avoid dumping construction materials, junk, machinery at the centre & in North-East.

11)Suggested main gate/ entrances/ doors are at North-East corner for North & East walls, at North-West corner for West wall, at South-East corner for South wall.

12) Septic tanks, soak pits, STP, ETP are suggested near North- West corner on North side.

13) Try to save existing trees. Shift them instead of cutting.

14) Avoid killing insects, birds, serpents etc. all kind of living being from plot throughout construction & thereafter.
